Service providers

We use the following third-party service providers to deliver CouncillorOS. Each is bound by a written data-processing agreement with us. This page is updated when our roster changes.

  • Stripe — payment processing (US). Privacy policy.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (EU). Privacy policy.
  • Anthropic— AI processing of content you submit (US). Anthropic's API terms commit to not training on customer data. Privacy policy.
  • xAI — AI processing for ward-intelligence relevance filtering and digest generation (US). Privacy policy.
  • Tavily — web-search retrieval (US). Privacy policy.
  • Hetzner Online GmbH — hosting (EU). Privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and edge security (global edge network). Privacy policy.

We also use error-monitoring and operational-alerting tools that receive only non-personal technical metadata (counts, error codes, timings) — never your content or identity — so they do not process your personal data.
